Message	By trying to pry it out you risk sctraching the Crank Journal. It will never seal propely again if you do that. Unbolt the carrier and remove it then knock the seal out and fit the new one. Then repalce the carrier. You dont think they bash the seal in at the factory do you? No they have them premounted in the carrier and bolt them on.
